Karen Kreamer established K2 Brand Consulting in 2001 to help companies better understand, manage and leverage brand equity for competitive brand advantage. From 1996 through 2001, Kreamer led the Sprint Corporate Brand Group and acquired extensive experience in brand development, brand strategy, brand management, brand identity and brand culture.

Kreamer directed all brand initiatives, both strategic and design, to build a consistent and highly-recognized brand across an organization of 80,000 employees. This significant corporate brand experience allows K2 Brand to help companies build relevant and lasting brand strategies and identities.
Directed the development and company-wide adoption of the Sprint master brand strategy and brand positioning strategy. Established as subject matter expert across the Sprint organization in brand positioning, strategy and brand identity.

Established the first system-wide Sprint Brand Identity System to increase the efficiency and consistency of all Sprint-branded communications. Developed Sprint brand guidelines for design, naming and nomenclature, co-branding, online, retail design, product packaging, and sponsorship branding.
Directed Sprint, Sprint PCS, and RadioShack in the extension of the Sprint brand in the retail environment. Ensured consistent application of brand strategy to the retail strategy and design concept across over 5,000 RadioShack locations nationwide.
Led 75-person team in strategic path and process for cross-corporation billing format integration. Provided design solution to integrate Sprint customer invoices across three very diverse formats and platforms. Analysis included strategic drivers, competitive assessment, design recommendations, marketing and operational requirements.
Created and led the Sprint Brand Forum as biannual event to build understanding and adoption of brand principles among internal marketing teams and external partners.
